Production time is listed in each item description and varies depending on the item. Most items ship within 1-2 weeks, some ship within 2-4 and a few ship 3-6 weeks. In all cases, once shipped you’ll receive an email with tracking number.

We do not offer customization at the moment, although some products have personalization options.
